Understand your wallet in 10 parts

A simple guide to the numbers and blocks you see on Ecoin Global.

Choose a block below. Each part explains what you see, what it means and what to do next.

1. Available ecoin balance

What you see: Your balance in Ecoin (ECN), Ecoin Global’s digital trading unit, with available coins, held coins and total owned.

What it means: Available coins are free to use. Held coins are reserved for orders. Total owned includes both. Today Change shows the net change in available coins today; its money value uses the current price.

What to do: Check available coins before selling. An increase or decrease can come from trades, fees, rewards or coins being held or released. It is not a profit figure.

2. ECN holdings · local estimate

What you see: The estimated money value of all your ECN, including held coins.

What it means: Total owned ECN × the current reference price, shown in your selected currency. The estimate can move when the price or exchange rate changes.

What to do: Use this block to understand current estimated value. Check the actual price and fees in Market before trading; this figure is not cash ready to withdraw.

3. Your credited bonuses

What you see: Holding bonuses and referral bonuses already credited to your wallet.

What it means: These are ECN credits, not cash. The holding summary separates eligible purchased coins and pending rewards from amounts already paid.

What to do: Open Transactions to check each credit. A pending amount has not yet been added to your available balance.

4. Your referral block

What you see: Your referral link, credited and pending referral ECN, and referred registrations.

What it means: A registration is someone who joined through your link. It is different from a completed purchase or a credited reward.

What to do: Copy your personal link to invite someone. Check the registrations table for wallet IDs and joining dates, and the ledger for credits.

5. Market numbers and charts

What you see: Price per ECN, circulating ECN, circulating market value, buy and sell volumes, price history and demand bars.

What it means: Market value is circulating coins × reference price. Price candles show completed trades; O, H, L and C mean opening, highest, lowest and closing price. Demand bars show submitted quantities, which can include orders later closed.

What to do: Compare these figures to understand the wider market. Published demand is not completed trading, and the chart does not predict the next price.

6. Buy and sell blocks

What you see: Quantity, price limit, order value, fee and net coins, plus available seller listings.

What it means: A buy limit is the highest price you accept; a sell limit is the lowest. Automatic orders wait for compatible orders. Buy listed ecoins lets you choose an available seller.

What to do: Enter your quantity and price, review fees and the agreement, then submit once. For a sale, check your available coins and saved bank details.

7. Pending unmatched orders

What you see: Your order date, buy or sell side, quantity, price, remaining amount and status.

What it means: Unmatched coins are still waiting for a buyer or seller. A partially matched order has one part matched and another part waiting.

What to do: Check the remaining quantity. Cancel an unmatched remainder if needed; this does not cancel payment orders that have already matched.

8. Orders & payments

What you see: The matched quantity, amount due, payment reference, bank instructions, deadline and payment status.

What it means: Awaiting payment needs buyer action. Slip uploaded means proof was submitted; it does not mean funds have cleared. Completed means the trade has settled.

What to do: Buyers pay using the order instructions and upload proof before the displayed deadline. Sellers check their own bank account before confirming cleared funds. Use the order dispute option if there is a payment problem.

9. Your personal transaction ledger

What you see: Your purchases, sales, fees, holding bonuses and referral credits, with dates and amounts.

What it means: Each entry explains activity in your own wallet. Market totals describe everyone’s activity and will be different.

What to do: Use the ledger to check why your balance changed. Keep the relevant order reference when asking support about an entry.

10. Trust score and account details

What you see: Your trust score, any account notices, and your personal details in Profile.

What it means: The score uses demerits: zero is best and lower is better. Payment delays or unpaid orders can worsen your record and restrict trading. Profile stores your contact, country and currency settings.

What to do: Pay on time, follow payment notices and confirm funds carefully. Keep your details current in Profile. Open Help & support if an account notice needs review.
